Marriage, Birth & Death Certificates
Vital Statistics services offered at Taradale Registry include ordering birth, marriage or death certificates. One piece of ID is required (e.g. drivers licence, passport, birth certificate, permanent residence card or citizenship card) and must be presented in the office.
The link under Resources in the left column contains all the information regarding Vital Statistics services, including who is eligible to order these certificates. The last page should be printed and filled out prior to coming into Taradale Registry.
There are two options for receiving the above certificates.
- mailed directly to your home in 1-2 weeks
- can be picked up at the Land Titles office downtown in about two (2) days
